| 摘 要： | 通过对电熔浇铸锆刚玉砖的特性和熔窑池壁所处环境引起蚀变因素的深入了解,有助于正确维护熔窑池壁,包括对熔化工艺的控制、吹风位置正确并在不同的窑龄时期要调整吹风风量、在窑龄晚期要加强日常检查与维护、选择好池壁绑砖的时机及正确操作方法,并在多项熔窑维护操作中引入新的观点和方法,在有效减缓熔窑池壁烧损的同时尽量减轻其对生产的影响,从而延长熔窑的安全使用寿命并增加经济效益。

| Abstract: | In order to give proper care of furnace wall the factors causing alteration of fused cast zircon- corundum refractory brick must be understood. The effective control of melting process ,the correct choice of blowing points , the air delivery volume , the strengthening of inspection and maintenance and the time of binding brick as well as the proper operation, all the above factors will effectively slow down the erosion of furnace wall and prolong the life of glass furnace. |
