煤矿用高压电动机的耐水性绝缘结构研制

摘    要:随着综采机械化的提高,煤矿井下恶劣环境对电动机的可靠性要求也越来越高,在采煤过程中喷溅的冷却水很有可能进入电机腔内,使绕组的绝缘电阻降低甚至烧毁,严重影响煤矿的经济效益。因此对电机绕组绝缘结构的耐水性能也提出了更高的要求。阐述一种新型电动机耐水性绕组绝缘结构,并通过浸水试验及研究,现将制造、设计过程与大家共同分享。

Abstract:With improvement of the integrated mechanized mining technology, we should enhance reliability of the motors used in a terrible environment of coal mine. The cooling water plashed inmining process will likely enter into motor cavity to reduce insulation resistance and even burn clown windings. It can seriously affect economic benefits of coal mine, therefore the higher requirements are put forward for water-resistance of insulation system of motor windings. This paper introduces a new water-resistant insulation system based on water immersion test and research, and shares design and manufacturing processes of this technology with everyone.
