电机定子线棒绝缘介质损耗特性研究

摘    要:通过对电机定子线棒主绝缘中单气隙-介质串联电路的两种放电理论(气隙击穿理论和界面极化理论)的对比分析,研究了两种放电理论对线棒绝缘的介质损耗及其增量的定量计算和适用范围。结果表明,气隙击穿理论可以定量解释较大气隙的放电引起的介质损耗随电压升高而增大的正增量现象,而界面极化理论可以定性解释较小气隙放电引起的介质损耗随电压升高而减小的负增量现象。

Abstract:Based on comparative analysis between air-gap breakdown theory and interracial polarization theory applied to single air-gap medium series-circuit of main insulation of motor stator bar, the quantitative calculation and applicable range of dielectric loss and its increment are studied. The result shows that air-gap breakdown theory can quantitatively explain positive increment phenomenon caused by discharge of the larger air gap, i.e. dielectric loss increases with voltage rise; and interracial polarization theory can quantitatively explain negative increment phenomenon caused by discharge of the smaller air gap, i.e. dielectric loss decreases with voltage rise.
