| 摘 要： | 风力发电机定子铁心与水轮发电机和汽轮发电机相比有很大不同，1．5MW半直驱永磁风力发电机是我公司首次自行设计和制造的风力发电机，针对风电机组特点而采用两种不同的铁心结构，并着重介绍在铁心装配中两种结构的制造难点和采取的相应工艺措施，解决风电定子铁心装配难题。

| Abstract: | The stator core of wind generator is very different compared with that of hydrau- lic turbine generator and gas turbine generator. The 1.5MW semi-direct drive PM wind generator was designed and manufactured by ourselves. According to characteristics of, this paper chiefly introduces some manufacturing difficulties of two different core structures in stator core assembly process and corresponding technology measures. The difficulties in stator core assembly of wind power generation unit were resolved. |
