| 摘 要： | 以润滑油桶瓶盖为例,介绍了一种新型的联合脱模机构,并对冷却系统和模具材料选择作了说明,对特殊、复杂部位的设计作了详细阐述,模具型芯采用了镶拼结构,虽然型芯的加工难度增加了,但是相对于齿轮抽芯系统,却降低了模具成本,提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | A new combination demoulding mechanism for the cap of a lubricating oil drum was presented. The selection of the cooling system and mould materials was described, and the design of special and complicated parts was discussed in detail. As the core-pulling mechanism was gear driven, the application of the inserting cores can lower the manufacturing cost and raise the production efficiency. |
