| 摘 要： | 根据型材挤压的特点，提出了新的流线型挤压模曲面的构造方法。模具曲面用通过毛坯和型材截面的带张力参数的弗格森曲面表示，具有通用和曲面形状变化丰富的特点。通过调整张力参数以准确拟合带有直线段的型材截面。据此开发了流线型挤压模的ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ系统。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of extrusion process, a new method of constructing surface for the streamlined extrusion die is proposed in this paper. The die surface is represented by the Ferguson surface with tension parameter through transverse sections of product and billet, so it is universal and flexible. A CAD / CAM system of the streamlined extrusion die is developed based on this die surface model. |
