| 摘 要： | 文章从复合型人才意识、超前就业意识、优胜劣汰意识、参予意识、求进步意识、重实惠意识、偶像意识、羞于言贫意识八个方面,指出了当代大学生成才意识出现的新特点、新趋势,并逐一分析了利弊,要求清醒认识,因势利导,使大学生沿着正确的成才轨迹前进。

| Abstract: | This paper devotes a discussion to college students' eagerness to become persons of talent Focusing on the new tendencies and characteristics of their offorts at becomong talent people, the discussion is unfolded around the following points :1. Seeking to acquine versatile abilities and talents; 2.Greater concern for future employment ; 3.Better understanding of the fittest surviving ; 4.Being active in practice;5.Ttying harder to make great progress in political behaviour ;6.Paying more attention to economical benefits ;7.Idolatry, and 8:Regarding poverty as a shame An analysis is made of the advantages and disadvantages of these tendencies and characteristics, accompanied with an advice that more should be dowe accordingly to make college students become more useful talent persons |
