| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the features of the EPC general contracting model,the relative policies,and its advantages,introduces the features and principles for the organization and management of the EPC general contracting model,and illustrates the application of the EPC general contracting model in the anti-seismic and consolidation projects for the campus dormitories at Mentougou of Beijing,so as to enhance the further application of the EPC model. |
