| 摘 要： | 从加强高校修缮工程招标规范化管理的意义入手,根据高校修缮工程现状中存在的未严格执行招投标制度、资格审查流于形式、招标文件不规范等问题,建议从严格执行招投标制度、加强资格审查、进一步完善招标文件等角度予以完善,以达到预期目标。

| Abstract: | From the meaning of regulated management of the bidding for the repair projects in colleges,the paper suggests to execute strict bidding system,to enhance the qualification check,and to improve the bidding documents according to some problems in the college repair projects,including the loose execution of the bidding system,the mere formality of the qualification checking,and the unregulated bidding documents,so as to achieve the expected aims. |
