| 摘 要： | 针对建设项目实施阶段投资控制措施进行了探讨,指出建设项目实施阶段是工程建设项目投资控制的关键,应从工程设计、招投标、工程管理、竣工决算等环节入手,加强造价控制,以保证工程建设顺利进行。
