| 摘 要： | 分析了我国建筑能耗状况和建筑能耗特点,从太阳能利用、外围护结构的隔热和散热、屋顶节能和建筑设备节能几个方面提出了建筑节能措施,最后指出建筑节能直接关系到国家资源战略、可持续发展和环境保护,实施建筑节能势在必行。
