| 摘 要： | 以某多层砌体住宅楼的抗震鉴定实例为基础,通过分析该楼的主体破坏现象,进一步对该楼进行抗震性能鉴定,得出该楼的抗震能力不满足抗震鉴定要求,须进行加固处理,最后提出合理的加固措施,以提高该住宅楼的抗震性能,保证其安全使用。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on an example of anti-seismic appraisal about a multi-layer masonry residential building.It is proposed that the anti-seismic capacity of this building not satisfied with the requirement of anti-seismic appraisal,and it must be reinforced,by analyzing the phenomenon of the main damage and further anti-seismic appraisal of this building.Finally,the reasonable reinforcement measures is put forward to enhance the anti-seismic behavior and ensuring the safe use of this building. |
