| 摘 要： | 针对目前保障性住房建设中存在的资金不足,组织机构和制度不完善,准入和退出机制不健全等问题进行了分析,阐述了这些问题产生的原因,在此基础上提出了一些加快保障性住房建设的建议及对策,以期促进我国保障性住房建设健康发展。
