| Abstract: | Combined with the urban agglomeration development in Chang-Zhu-Tan,the author analyzes the effect of Chang-Zhu-Tan integration to the real estate including the low housing price effect,the convergence effect and the slow bull effect,describes the method of keeping the sustainable development of the real estate in Chang-Zhu-Tan integration,to promoting the economic development in Chang-Zhu-Tan area. |
