| 摘 要： | 阐述了振动烈度分析和非平稳信号的时频分析。以振动烈度的计算为基础，分析了预警、报警限的设定方法；最后论述了非平稳信号分析法中的短时傅立叶变换和小波变换，为不同分析法的选用提供了参考。
