| 摘 要： | 针对制药工厂自动化应用的发展,以及工厂管理层对车间管理的进一步要求,提出了车间管理的一些典型问题并采用了 OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness,全面设备效率)系统.利用当今的一些自动化应用技术、软件编程技术以及系统集成技术,部分给出了较合理的问题解决手段,为后续全面实施MES (Manufacturing Execution System,制造执行系统)积累了经验.同时还满足了有关CSV (Computer System Validation,计算机系统验证)的规范.

| Abstract: | OEE system has been implemented in pharmaceutical factory for the requirement of plant management level oriented to shop floor management and automation application development.Taking advantage of some current automating,software program-ming and system integrating technologies and partly working out reasonable problem solving solutions,this paper accumulates the experience for totally implementing MES system later.Furthermore,it complies with the CSV compliances. |
