精益生产在LED显示屏制造过程中的应用

本文简述LED显示屏生产制造过程中精益生产之单元化生产的实际应用．通过对LED显示屏从元器件焊接到成品组装制程中的后焊工艺、前装配工艺、后装配工艺、箱体装配工艺等手工作业进行单元化生产改善，培养公司员工从被动改善到主动改善的思想转变，从而达到提高生产效率，降低生产成本的目的，逐步实现企业精益生产战略。

The Application of Learn Production(LP) for LED Display Manufacture

This article briefly describes the practical application of unitization which belongs to the process of Learn Production(LP) during LED display manufacture.We train the staff from passive to active improvement through the improvement of welding process,the former assembling process and latter assembly process,cabinet assembly process,etc during the period of components to the finished product assembly for LED display.So that we can achieve the goal of improving the production efficiency,reduce the production cost,and gradually realize enterprise lean manufacturing strategy.
