浓煤浆管道输送压力损失计算及相似与模化研究

摘    要:本文分析了可作为燃料直接燃烧的宾汉体浓煤浆的流变特性,及主要流动参数:点速分布、剪切应力、浆体平均流速和流量、压力损失梯度。浓煤浆在管道中以各种流态流动时都具有流动规律的相似性。运用相似理论获得表达其流动共性特征的准则关系式,及保证模型管流与原型管流现象相似所需的定性准则和相似模化条件。得出两者各主要流动参数间关系式。论证了可用模型管道浓煤浆流动模拟工业管道浓煤浆流动。为估算工业管道主要流动参数数据提供较经济方便手段。


A study on the Calculation Similarity and Analogy of Head loss in thick Slurry Pipe line Transportation
Abstract:This paper discussed fhe rheological characteristics and the major flow parameters of the Combustible Bingham body in the thick slurry. These are:the distribution of spot speed;shear stress,the average velocity and quantity of flowand the grade of head loss. Thick slurry,even when it flows with different regims in pipe lines follows the same similarity in rules of fluid-flow.Using the theory of similarity to find out the equations expressing the relative law of co- mmon characteristics and the qualitative regulations and facters of sim- ilarity ensuring the similarity between the phenomena in modeling pipe flow and actual pipe flow which can make sure of the relation of flow paramiters between flow paramiters of these two kinds of flow,We come to the result that it is possible to similize thick slurry flow in indus- trial pipe line with that in analogic pipe line,in order to provide conviennent and economical method in setimating major parameters in industrial pipe line.
