基于CAN-bus的石墨电极生产过程参数监测系统

摘    要:针对石墨电极生产过程参数实时监测的需要,设计了在MCGS组态软件环境下,基于CAN-bus的石墨电极生产过程参数实时监测系统,详细介绍了该系统的网络组成,通讯程序设计和数据处理技术。运行结果证明,该网络能满足生产过程参数监测的需要,且结构简单、易于扩充、性价比高,具有很好的实用价值。

Abstract:Aimed at needs of real-time online monitoring for graphite electrode production, a real time process parameters monitoring system, which is based on CAN-bus and configuration software MCGS, has been studied and designed. The network components, communication program design and data processing techniques of the system are described in detail. Along with the advantages of simplicity, flexibility and cheapness of the system, a long time running outcome has certified that the system can fulfill the monitoring requirements of the production process parameters during operation. The application value is high.
