石油钻井用钢丝绳单丝断裂机理的研究

摘    要:从钻井现场取回多根石油钻井用钢丝绳单丝断裂试样进行了分析研究.结果表明,断口处均具有程度不同的磨损,断面为冰糖状脆性断口,均具有很高的硬度,显微组织为形态不同的高碳淬火马氏体.得出单丝断裂的原因是钢丝绳工作时部分钢丝局部承受高压高速摩擦发热发生相变自淬火造成的。

Abstract:The investigations are made on the microstructure and property of fracturewires of steel wire rope for oil drilling.Results show that there are wear in varyingdegrees at fracture profile, the fracture appearance is a candy brittle fracture, thefracture zone has high hardness and brittleness,its microstructure are high carbonquenching martensite with different shapes. The reason of single wire fracture isthat when the steel wire ropes are working,the part of minority steel wires bearhigh pressure and speed friction, so the state change arises,self-quenching bringsabout high hardness and brittleness martensite microstructure.
