无机械传动链高效并联机床传动模式的研究

摘    要:针对现代数控机床向精密、高效发展的趋势,分析了并联机床驱动和传动的现状,提出把直线步进电机和电主轴等驱动技术引入并联机床,使并联机床在无机械传动链条件下实现精确进给和高效加工。阐述了直线步进电机的驱动特点和选型原则,给出无机械传动链高效并联机床的基本传动模式。

Abstract:Aimed at the development tread of modern CNC ma ch ine tool towards precision and high efficiency, some existing weaknesses of para llel machine tools were analyzed. In order to eliminate mechanical transmission chains and realize precision feed and high efficiency working, drive technologie s of linear step motor and hollow-rotor motor were applied to parallel machine t ool. The technology characteristics and selection methods of the linear step mot or were expounded. Basic transmission pattern of high-efficiency parallel machin e tool without the mechanical transmission-chains was enumerated.
