协调人水关系打造翡翠名城--浅议南宁市水资源的合理开发和优化配置

针对南宁市的防洪、城市环境、饮用水源等问题,提出兴建老口水库解决防洪问题,营造南宁大西湖,引库水而构建"六江四湖绕绿城"的新面貌;加强对大王滩、凤亭河等水源水库的保护和水资源综合利用,以水库水作为南宁市饮用水替代水源,使南宁市成为水质优、环境美的翡翠之城。

Harmonize relationship between water and human being, build a famous emerald city--About sound development and optimization of water resources of Nanning city

In consideration of the flood control, city environment and drinking water source of Nanning city, the author propose to construct Laokou reservoir which will not only protect Nanning city from flood, but also become the large west lake of Nanning. With water from the lake, a new look of six rivers and four lakes surrounding green city will come into being. Strengthen comprehensive utilization of water resources, protect water source reservoirs such as Dawangtan reservoir and Fengtinghe reservoir, build Nanning into an emerald city with superior water quality and beautiful environment.
