摘    要:皮革表面粗糙度的检测,对提高皮服装及其他皮件产品质量具有重要意义。本文提出一种实现皮革表面粗糙度在线光电检测的“相对比值法”,论述了“相对比值法”的检测原理,论述了应用MCS-51单片微机及光电检测部件组成皮革表面粗糙度在线检测系统的组成原理、设计思想及程序流程。

Abstract:Checking the roughness of leather surface is of great significance in improving the quality of leather costumes and other leather products.In order to realize the on-line photoelectric checking of leather surfaceroughness, the paper puts forward a "relative ratio method". It discusses theprinciple of "relative ratio method", its design ideas and the program process.The checking system consists of MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer and thephotoelectric checking components.
