| 摘 要： | 蛋门巴族是一个生活在喜马拉雅山峡谷古老而年轻的民族,有着独特的酒文化习俗,特别是其迎客的＂三口一杯＂习俗与新娘的＂夫家三道茶＂及婚礼上新娘的舅舅对酒的挑剔责难习俗饶有情趣。而门巴族的萨玛酒歌更是门巴族文学中一朵散发着浓郁酒香的文学奇葩,使门巴族的酒文化得到以升华。

| Abstract: | Monba Nationality is an old and young nationality who lives in the himalayan mountains canyon,she has peculiar wine cultural customs,the three most interesting customs are as follows：Welcome guest customs of three bites of a cup,three tea of husband＇s house,the customs of the bride＇s uncle criticizing the wine＇ quality on purpose in the wedding.The drinking songs of Monba nationality is a literature miracle which permeates bouquet and aroma of wine,makes wine culture of Monba nationality sublimation. |
