叶片锻件余量加放技术的研究

摘    要:锻件的余量加放技术是锻造加工的关键技术,叶片锻件的余量加放技术与其它零件有着很大的差异。针对叶片特殊的几何结构,从锻造工艺出发,分析影响叶片上不同部位加工余量的因素,进而探讨各处余量加放的方法,找到合理的余量大小。

Abstract:The technology of designing the stock of blade forgings is the key in forge work. So there are many differences between turbine blade and other parts in this technology. According to the special geometric structure of turbine blade and the forging procedures, this article analyzed some factors which influencing allowance for machining, then discussed how to add the allowance to different parts of blade through expanding and extending the profile of blade, finally confirmed the allowance magnitude of different parts.
