| 摘 要： | 制度环境是影响高等教育行为决策、资源配置与办学效益的最重要的环境变量 ,对高等教育发展起着决定性的作用。本文试图用生态学原理对我国高等教育制度环境进行分析 ,并通过高等教育内部和外部的制度创新来促进高等教育制度生态环境的优化 ,推动高等教育的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Being a fateful fator in the development of higher education, the system envionment is the most important envionmental variable that will influence dicision-making, resource deployment, and benefit of running a school. Based on the Ecology Theory,this paper analyzes the entironment of higher educational system and will optimize it by innovating its internal and external system so as to accelerate the development of higher education. |
