| 摘 要： | 介绍了深圳市志海实业有限公司研制开发的拥有自主知识产权、适用于PVC异型材用的无毒环保Ca/Zn稳定剂。实验证明了该Ca/Zn稳定剂的加工性能和铅系的基本相似,与进口Ca/Zn稳定剂相比,塑化时间长,塑化扭矩低,着色性和光洁度好于进口Ca/Zn和稀土铅盐稳定剂,而与复合铅盐稳定剂接近。

| Abstract: | Non-toxic environment-friendly Ca/Zn stabilizer special for PVC profiled materials,which was developed by Shenzhen Aimsea Industrial Co.,Ltd.and had proprietary intellectual property rights,was introduced.The experiment results showed that the processing ability of the Ca/Zn stabilizer was similar to that of lead stabilizer and had short plasticizing time and low plasticizing torsional moment compared with imported Ca/Zn stabilizer,and its coloring property and finish degree were better than those of imported Ca/Zn stabilizer and lead/rare earth stabilizer,and approached those of composite lead stabilizer. |
