| 摘 要： | 为满足纺织机械及轻工机械中摇臂零件加工新工艺要求，进行了这一特殊零件加工的钻夹具设计研究，论述了夹具设计思路，阐明加工工艺设计和夹具结构设计，以增加中间钻套来保证加工精度，并推导出该夹具加工精度校核计算公式。

| Abstract: | To meet the demands of rock arm part new processing technology in the textile and light industry machinery,the article researched on the design of the fixture for the special part processing,expounded the train of thought of the fixture design, clarified the designs of processing technology and fixture construction. It suggested adding drill bush to guarantee accuracy of processing and derived a calculation formula to check the processing accuracy of the fixture. |
