| Abstract: | Hydrogenation heat exchanger is one of the key facilities in hydrogenating plant, so the quality control in manufacturing process cannot be neglected. Welding defects are commonly seen. For the manufacturing of large equipment,it is required to entrust the third party for quality inspection. Equipment inspection is of great significance for determination and treatment of defects. It is proposed to flexibly apply various QC tools for analysis and determination of causes of quality defects so as to reach the goal of quality control. |
