纳米铜作润滑油添加剂的研究

摘    要:介绍了纳米铜添加剂的制备方法,用四球试验、抗腐蚀试验、抗乳化性试验以及液相锈蚀试验分别考察了其对润滑油的抗磨减摩及抗腐蚀抗乳化抗锈蚀的影响。结果表明,在液压油HL68中添加纳米铜添加剂后,在钢-钢摩擦副之间表现出来良好的抗极压性能和抗磨性能,具有良好的抗腐蚀性能和抗锈蚀性能。

Abstract:A nano-copper additive is prepared.A series of test such as four ball machine test,anticorrosion test,antiemulsion test and liquid corrosion test were performed to study the anti-wear,anticorrosion,and antiemulsion properties of this additive in hydraulic fluid HL68 base oil.The results show that the nano-copper additive has good performance against extreme pressure and good anti-wear properties in steel-steel friction,as well as excellent anticorrosion property.
