| Abstract: | A simple method was introduced to determining chloroacetic acids in drinking water. The method was based on solid-phase extraction followed by the conversion of chroacetic acids to trifluoroacetic ester and their separation and determination by gas-liquid chromatography with an electron capture detector. Esterification conditions were optimized.. |
