基于ANSYS的全陶瓷电主轴动态分析及振动性能测试

摘    要:对设计的全陶瓷电主轴进行结构分析,在ANSYS中建立了其轴承-主轴转子系统三维有限元模型。采用Subspace法计算了前6阶固有频率和振型,计算出临界转速,然后通过Harmonic分析得到了主轴在不同激励下的动态响应,并对装配好的全陶瓷电主轴进行振动性能测试及其分析。ANSYS动态分析计算结果表明主轴设计工作转速远远低于其临界转速,能有效避开共振区;全陶瓷电主轴振动性能测试结果表明在设计范围内电主轴振动平稳,设计符合要求。

Abstract:Mainly analyzed the structure of the designed full ceramic motorized spindle, a 3D FEA model of bearing-spindle system made in ANSYS is given, calculated its preceding six sets inherent frequency and vibration model by the method of Subspace, and fiqured out the limited rotate speeds , then obtained several dynamic response of the spindle in different stir conditions by the method of Harmonic, did vibration performance test analysed the result for the full ceramic motorized spindle which was assembled. The result from dynamic analysis method of Ansys indicated that the designed working speed of spindle was far away from its limited rotate speed,it could avoid the region of sympathetic vibrations effectively; it can be verified that the vibration of the motorized spindle was stable under the design range through the result of the vibration performance test,which also verified the design was rational.
