政府和高校专业结构调整策略及其启示

In the background of modernization,the colleges and universities should timely adjust the structure of speciality with the social development.The colleges and universities have adjusted the structure of speciality with the important character in the latter of twenty century:the control of government and the adjustment of the colleges and universities have been together strengthened.In order to attain the fusion of whole system and concrete link,the colleges and universities should achieve it by two aspects: one is government should enlarge the direction,evaluation and management,the other is government should give more power of speciality construction.
