摘    要:分析了钢铁厂含铁粉尘的组成和特征,比较了国内外钢铁企业处理含铁粉尘的不同方法,对以含铁粉尘制备氧化铁红、磁性材料、聚合硫酸铁和氧化铁脱硫剂等多种高附加值铁系产品的原理及工艺进行了综述,并评述了含铁粉尘综合利用的前景.

Abstract:The composition and properties of the iron-bearing dust in iron and steel plants were analyzed and different methods for treating the iron-bearing dust in domestic and international steel enterprises were compared.The principle and process of producing high value-added iron series products such as oxide iron red,magnetic materials,poly-ferric sulfate and desulfurizer of ferric oxide were also reviewed,and the prospect of comprehensive utilization of iron-bearing dust was discussed.
