摘    要:电网经济运行的前提必须是保证系统安全运行,在保证电压合格的情况下再考虑降低网损才有实际意义。文中采用基于广站控制体的专家知识就地控制电压。在本地调整手段用尽后.母线电压仍然越限时,自动根据网络的拓扑结构进行远方调整,直到消除越限或用尽远方调整手段。线性规划法中初始可行解对于无功优化的成败至关重要,因而提出应用基于厂站控制体的专家知识来进行电压校正控制.进而获取线性规划问题的初始可行解;另外.本算法只选择系统监视的母线电压作为状态变量,大大降低了方程的维数.提高了计算速度.本算法运用于某实际系统的无功优化控制,获得了较满意的效果。

Abstract:The economic operation should first satisfy the operating security requirements in power system, which keeps the voltage within its regular span and further more decreasing active power loss on the basis of voltage security. This paper applies expert knowledge just in its local substation or plant to control voltage. There are the violating buses of voltage when the controlling measures in its local substation or plant are depleted, the remote controlling measures are adopted till eliminating voltage violation or depleting remote measures according to network topology. Reactive power optimization based on linear programming adopts approximate programming method to solve, so initialization solution is crucial. This paper presents that initialization solution is solved by voltage corrective control. In addition, watching load buses' voltages are selected as status variables, so the equation dimension is decreased and the calculating speed is improved. The validity and efficiency of proposed methodology are confirmed when applying to one actual network.
