高性能硅丙乳液无皂制备技术的研究

摘    要:在无乳化剂下合成了硅丙乳液。利用丙烯酸丁酯与甲基丙烯酸(钠)制备齐聚物(BA/MANa)代替乳化剂,由于齐聚物(BA/MANa)与合成硅丙乳液(BA/MMA)结构中都有PBA链段,有利于两者互溶,因此,在硅丙乳液合成中虽不使用乳化剂,但乳化效果更好。研究了丙烯酸丁酯与甲基丙烯酸单体配比及pH值变化对齐聚物性能的影响;研究了齐聚物用量、软硬单体配比、有机硅单体种类与用量、有机硅单体(KH-570)加入方式等对合成硅丙乳液性能的影响,确定了合成无皂种子乳液与无皂硅丙乳液的最佳工艺参数。无皂硅丙乳液的耐候性、耐水性等优良。

Abstract:This Abstract:This paper reported a study on synthesis of silicone acrylic emulsion with no emulsifying agent.The oligomer P(BA/MANa) manufactured by BA and MANa is used as substitute for emulsifying agent.As there is PBA chain segment in both oligomer P(BA/MANa) and synthesized silicone acrylic emulsion P (BA/MANa),which is advantageous for mutual dissolution,the emulsifying effect is even better although there is no emulsifying agent used.The influence of BA and MA monomer ratio,pH value on the performance of oligomer are studied.The influence of oligomer amount, the ratio of soft/hard monomer, the kind and amount of organosilicon monomer,the addition way of such organosilicon monomer(KH-570) on the performance of silicone acrylic emulsion are also studied.The optimum process parameters of copolymerization of soap-free seeded emulsion and soap-free silicone acrylic emulsion are obtained. The weatherability and water resistance of the emulsion are better.
