摘    要:分析了手机外壳塑件成型工艺,详细阐述了手机外壳注射模结构设计要点与工作过程,通过采用动模斜顶与斜导柱抽芯相结合的抽芯机构,使模具寿命和可靠性大为提高;为提高塑件质量,采用了二次顶出机构;并重点阐述了动模斜顶、斜导柱抽芯机构和二次顶出机构的设计要点。

Abstract:The key structure design points and operation process of an injection mould for a cell phone shell were stated after analyzing the forming technique of the part. The service life and reliability of the mould are improved with the integration of angle ejecting at the moving half and core-pulling by angle pin and the application of two-step ejection mechanism improves the product quality. The design points of the mechanisms mentioned above were discussed in detail.
