甲醇柴油微乳液的制备工艺研究

摘    要:本文介绍了微乳化理论和亲油亲水平衡值(HLB值)计算方法。根据微乳化理论选择AEO、Spart20、Tween80、油酸作为表面活性剂,配制了多种配比的甲醇-柴油微乳化燃油,并讨论表面活性剂加入量、甲醇的加入量、柴油的加入量、不同HLB值对微乳柴油稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:表面活性剂AEO和油酸与甲醇柴油的制成的微乳液为最理想的而且常温至65℃范围能稳定.其牯度符合燃油国家标准。

Abstract:This paper introduces microemulsifying theory and calculation of hydrophile-lyophile banlance value(HLB).On basis of microemulsifying theory,AEO,Span20,Tween80 and oleic acid are selected as surfactant,and different ratio of methanol-diesel fuel are prepared.The effect of addition of surfactant,methanol,diesel and different HLB value on the stability of diesel microemulsion are discussed.The result shows that the microemulsion consisted of surfactant AEO,oleic acid and methanol diesel can exist from room te...
