热轧带钢板形数学模型的研究

摘    要:通过对国内某厂热连轧机板形控制系统的分析与研究,根据带钢板形控制的要求,提出一种利用神经网络理论建立板形数学模型的新方法,并采用MATLAB语言对该系统进行离线仿真。仿真与实际测量结果比较表明所建立的模型的正确性,同时该方法可避开多项式回归运算,具有很强的抗干扰能力。

Abstract:A new modeling method based on Neural Network is presented in this paper to meet the requirement of controlling strip shape via analysis and research to the profile and flat control system of hot rolled strip in a homeland factory . Then, the offline simulation of the system is carried out by adopting the MATLAB. By comparing simulation results with measured data, the accuracy of the set up model is verified. At the same time, the tedious regression of polynomials are avoided, and it has unusual ability to resist disturbance.
