摘    要:本文采用粘土陶粒配制了轻集料混凝土 ,分析了水灰比、砂率及陶粒的粒径对混凝土塌落度及抗压强度的影响。结果表明 ,随着砂率的增大 ,混凝土强度提高 ,但当砂率超过一定范围时 ,混凝土的工作性能降低 ;当陶粒的最大粒径减小时 ,混凝土的强度有一定的提高。把试验的部分结论应用于实际工程 ,收到了良好的效果。

Abstract:In this paper,lightweight aggregate concrete was fabricated with ceramic grain made from clay,meanwhile,the effects of W/B,sand ratio and the size of ceramic grain on the slump and compressive strength of concrete were studied.Experiment results show that accompanying with the increase of sand ratio and decrease of the maximum diameter of ceramic grain,the compressive strength of concrete is increased.But at some threshold the workability of fresh concrete is deteriorated obviously.Finally,parts of the experiment results were applied to actual project and good agreements were gotten.
