摘    要:通过羟乙基纤维素(HEC)与溴代十二烷(简称BD)的大分子反应制得疏水缔合羟乙基纤维素(简称BD-HAHEC),系统研究了合成工艺参数如反应温度、反应时间、活化剂浓度、HEC浓度及疏水单体用量对其增粘性能的影响;通过优化改性工艺参数,获得了具有较高增粘性的BD-HAHEC;并用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、差式扫描量热仪(DSC)和Brookfield转子粘度仪对产品进行了表征。

Abstract:Nowadays, the studies on hydrophobically associating water-soluble polymers (HAWSP) applied in enhanced oil recovery (EOR) almost concentrate on the acrylamide-based copolymers, which are easy to hydrolyze under high temperature, lose viscosity and show poor thermal stability. In this paper, hydrophobically associating hydroxyethyl cellulose (BD-HAHEC) were prepared by the macromolecule reaction, while HEC has a stable chemical structure, good biologic compatibility and water solubility. The study indicates that BD-HAHEC preparing technique parameters, such as swelling temperature, activating additive concentration, HEC concentration in the aqueous phase, reaction temperature and reaction time, have significant influence on the solution properties of the resultant polymers. Moreover, the BD-HAHEC synthesized by preferred techniques shows high viscosification property. The BD-HAHEC structure was characterized by FT-IR and DSC analysis.
