基于Pro/E的齿轮啮合传动参数化设计

摘    要:Pro/E是当今世界上流行的三维软件之一,特别在机械行业应用十分广泛。Pro/Toolkit是Pro/E自带的功能最强大的二次开发工具。介绍了Pro/E二次开发的方法,论述了Pro/eooklkit二次开发的步骤,并以齿轮啮合传动参数化设计为例,详细阐述了基于Pro/toolkit二次开发的机械组件参数化设计的实现过程。实现了零件、组件设计与参数化实体的集成,具有一定实用意义。

Abstract:Pro/E is one of three most popular software in the world. Especially used in mechanical department widely. Pro/toolkit belongs to Pro/E with multiple function, and is used to second time development of program. This paper introduced ways which made use of Pro/E to finish the second developing, discussed the steps to use Pro/toolkit, and introduced realizing process of designing mechanical parts which is based on Pro/toolkit by means of parametrical system through the examples of parametrical design of driving between matching gears. Realized assembly to design pars, a group of parts, and parametrical design. It is very useful in practice.
