周向均布多型芯圆弧抽芯注塑模设计

摘    要:风轮塑件上有12个周向均布的圆弧形叶片,注塑生产时需要多型芯圆弧抽芯,常规的注塑模结构不能满足生产要求,为此设计了一种特殊的风轮注塑模具。论述了模具结构特点和工作原理。该模具由一个带曲线导槽的套、一个旋转环1、2个拉杆及12个圆弧型芯组成了圆弧抽芯机构,而未采用一般的齿轮-齿条机构或连杆机构,简化了模具结构,解决了注塑风轮塑件抽芯难的问题。

Abstract:A special injection mould with multi-core puller to fit the needs of the injection moulding piece-plastic wind wheel,is described.It explained the puller's structure and its operating principle.It consists of a sleeve with curved guiding slot,a rotating ring,and a circular arc core-puller with 12 pieces of tie-bar and 12 pieces of circular arc core.This mould is simple in structure than the ordinary one witch has rack-and-pinion or toggle mechanism.
