排沙漏斗的水流特性试验研究及其工程应用

摘    要:根据排沙漏斗模型试验资料,通过对比分析排沙漏斗清、浑水流场特性,初步探明了排沙漏斗的水流结构和输沙机理。同时,排沙漏斗的原型观测和实际应用表明,排沙漏斗的实际工程应用是成功的,与曲线沉沙池和厢形沉沙池等传统工程措施相比,它具有截沙率高、排沙耗水量小、造价低等特点。

Abstract:The Sand Funnel is a new engineering technique for separating sand from sediment-beraing flow.The clear water flow field and the muddy water flow field in the funnel chamber are analyzed in this paper,and the difference of them shows that the flow field characteristics in the Sand Funnel are beneficial to sediment sinking and transporting.It is typical three-dimensional flow in the funnel chamber.The Sand Funnel has been widely used in practice,and the sand disposal rate is 100% for the sand that the grain diameter is over 0.5mm,and it is over 90% for the sand that the grain diameter is less 0.5mm.The Sand Funnel is an up-to-date desalting technique.
