电石渣浆乙炔气回用技术的应用

摘    要:目前电石法PVC生产工艺中,部分乙炔气随电石渣浆的排放而排入大气,既污染了环境,又给企业造成了损失,同时还具有潜在的安全隐患。河北盛华化工有限公司引入电石渣浆乙炔气回用技术,对运行过程中出现的异常情况进行原因分析,并提出了可行的解决措施,有效回收了电石渣浆中的乙炔气,达到降低PVC生产成本,提高企业效益,减少环境污染的多重效果。以20万t/a PVC计,回收乙炔气产生经济效益约为719万元/a。

Abstract:At present,part of acetylene gas with carbide slag slurry emissions into the atmosphere in PVC production process by calcium carbide method,not only polluted the environment,and caused losses to the enterprise,but also had potential safety hazards,therefore,acetylene gas recycling technology from carbide slag slurry used by Hebei Sheng hua Chemical Industry Corporation Ltd.,was introduced.Through the actual running status of the device of recovering acetylene gas,the reasons of the abnormal condition of carbide slag slurry acetylene recycling device in operation process were analyzed,some feasible measures were proposed,acetylene gas from carbide slag slurry was effectively recovered,and the production costs of PVC were reduced,enterprise efficiency were improved,multiple effects of environmental pollution were reduced.200 kt/a PVC production facility were took as example,the economic benefits of recovering acetylene gas were about 7.19 million RMB/a.
