矿用红外线闭锁装置的设计与应用

摘    要:为了提高矿井机械安全生产的能力,以被动式人体热释电红外检测器电路BISS0001和单片微型计算机AT89C2051为核心及相关数字电路组成的逻辑控制电路设计制作了矿用红外线检测闭锁装置,用于解决煤矿井下特定危险区域防止人员误入而引发安全事故,起到警告报警和自动闭锁开启的机器设备的作用。

Abstract:In order to improve the production capacity of the mine mechanical safety, taking passive human pyroelectric infrared detector circuit BISS0001 and AT89C2051 chip microcomputer as the core of digital circuits and associated control logic circuit design of mine infrared detection locking device, solved specific danger zone to prevent coal mine personnel diverted causing accidents. The technology played a role in warning alarms and automatic locking open machinery and equipment.
