永磁同步直线电机推力特性的静态与动态测试

摘    要:用静态和动态两种测试方法,对永磁有铁芯直线电机的推力性能进行测试。论述了两种测试的原理、方案,设计了静态与动态测试系统;静态测试方法主要用来测定直线电机的定位力、最大推力、绕组的并联支路数对电机最大推力的影响。动态测试采用一种创新的方法,能够在电机动子正常运行时,在线测试永磁直线电机的推力曲线,包括某一位置的电流——推力关系,提出了引起推力波动的主要原因。

Abstract:Both static and dynamic test method are used to test the thrust performance of permanent magnet linear motor. The principles of two kinds of tests and schemes are discussed. Both static and dynamic testing systems are designed. Static test method is mainly used to determine the detent force, the maximum thrust, as well as the effect of parallel connection branch of winding onthe performance of the linear motor. An innovative indirect technique is applied to achieve dynamic test. Thrust performance of the linear motor is tested online during normal operation. Including the relationship between the current and thrust in certain position, the main reasons of thrust ripple is proposed.
