摘    要:简介了鞍钢35000m3/h空分设备流程,分析了自动变负荷存在的问题和降低氮压机能耗的理论依据,通过改变低压氮气和中压氮气的调节方式,实现增产氮气和降低氮压机能耗。

Operation for production increase and energy consumption reduction of 35000m~3/h air separation unit
Abstract:The process flow of 35000m3/h air separation unit is briefly introduced.The problems of automatic load variation as well as the theoretical basis of energy consumption reduction of nitrogen compressor are analyzed.An increase of nitrogen production and a reduction of nitrogen compressor's energy consumption have been achieved by changing the adjusting methods of low-pressure and medium-pressure nitrogen gas.
