| Abstract: | The process flow of 35000m3/h air separation unit is briefly introduced.The problems of automatic load variation as well as the theoretical basis of energy consumption reduction of nitrogen compressor are analyzed.An increase of nitrogen production and a reduction of nitrogen compressor's energy consumption have been achieved by changing the adjusting methods of low-pressure and medium-pressure nitrogen gas. |
