顶吹转炉处理低品位废杂铜的生产实践

摘    要:我公司顶吹转炉处理原料为铜精炼渣和铜品位低于90%的废杂铜混料,投产第一个月存在弃渣含铜品位较高且不稳定的问题,多次出现"泡沫渣"现象,增加了公司铜金属回收成本。对其进行研究分析,在保证正常生产的情况下,改进措施,使弃渣铜品位达到1.0%以下,杜绝"泡沫渣"现象,提高了金属回收率,减少生产成本。

Abstract:My company"s raw materials for the top-blown converter process of copper refining slag and copper grade is less than 90% of scrap copper mixture, the problems existing in the first months is abandon slag containing high copper grade and unstable, many phenomenon of foaming slag arise, increase the cost of copper metal recycling for company.This paper carries on the research analysis, in the case of guarantee the normal production, through the improvement measures, abandon slag of copper grade less than 1.0% , put an end to the phenomenon of foaming slag, improve the metal recovery and reduce the copper metal recycling cost.
