作为标准表非定点使用的涡轮流量计评定方法探析

摘    要:分析非定点使用时涡轮流量计仪表系数的线性内插和曲线拟合方法,并基于10台涡轮流量计的检测结果,对两种方法计算结果的不确定度进行了比较,结果表明:曲线拟合法可以对涡轮流量计的仪表特性进行很好的预测,且计算结果的不确定度明显小于线性内插法。

Abstract:The two evaluation methods for the turbine meter by the use of non-fixed point as master meter, linear interpolated method and curve fitting method were presented in detail. On the base of calibration results of 10 pieces of turbine meters, the uncertainties for each method were calculated. The results showed that, the prediction of the curve fitting agreed very well with the calibration result, and the uncertainty was obviously smaller than that of the linear interpolated method.
